Overview
A fleet audit platform designed to support banks and leasing companies managing vehicle
inspections across multiple locations.
The platform connects field auditors, coordinators and financial stakeholders by combining
vehicle data, inspection results, AI-supported assessments and audit history into one digital
workflow.
The Challenge
The platform needed to support multiple user groups with different goals and workflows.
Field auditors required a simple way to inspect vehicles, capture information and document damages
on-site. Coordinators needed to manage assignments and monitor audit progress, while banks required a
clear overview of vehicle condition, history and status.
My Contribution
As the UX/UI Designer, I focused on designing the main user flows, information structure and interface
concepts across the platform.
My work included:
workflow design
Dashboard structure and data visualization
Vehicle detail views
Damage reporting flows
Case management and assignment flows
Status visualization and filtering concepts
I collaborated closely with the Product Owner to understand business requirements, structure complex
information and translate processes into user-friendly solutions for development.
Design Process
I started by understanding the complete audit lifecycle and mapping how information moved between
different users and
stages of the process.
From there, I created user flows and structured the information hierarchy to ensure that each user could
quickly access
the information relevant to their role.
The designs were iterated through discussions with the Product Owner and refined into prototypes and
implementation-ready interfaces for the development team.
Key Decisions
Prioritizing information hierarchy
The platform contained many different data points, from vehicle status and inspection results to
historical audits and
damage information.
I focused on presenting the most important information first and creating clear visual relationships
between overview
screens and detailed views.
Designing for multiple roles
Instead of creating one generic experience, the interface was structured around the different needs of
auditors,
coordinators and financial stakeholders.
Each role required different levels of detail, actions and information visibility.
The Outcome
The project established a structured digital workflow connecting vehicle inspections, audit management
and fleet
visibility within one platform.
The designed flows and interfaces provided a foundation for development and supported collaboration
between
business stakeholders, product teams and engineers.

Service & Customer Lifecycle
Overview
An enterprise SaaS platform supporting automotive dealerships throughout the customer
lifecycle — from initial lead analysis and customer contact to vehicle offers, contracts,
delivery and after-sales processes.
The platform connected sales activities, customer information and operational workflows into
one integrated environment used by dealership teams.
The Challenge
The platform covered multiple stages of the customer journey and supported different dealership
roles with different goals and responsibilities.
Sales teams needed efficient ways to manage leads and customer interactions, while managers required
structured overviews and visibility into ongoing activities.
My Contribution
As a UX/UI Designer, I focused on improving existing workflows and designing new product
capabilities based on business needs, user feedback and process analysis.
My work included:
Analyzing existing customer and internal workflows
Identifying usability issues and proposing improved user flows
Designing new features for customer-facing and internal applications
Creating interface concepts, prototypes and implementation-ready designs
Improving overviews, lists, filtering and data presentation
Supporting consistency through reusable UI patterns and design system foundations
Collaborating with Product Owners and Engineering throughout implementation Damage reporting
flows
I collaborated closely with the Product Owner to understand business requirements, structure complex
information and translate processes into user-friendly solutions for development.
Design Process
I started by understanding how users worked with the existing platform and where processes created
unnecessary complexity.
By analyzing workflows and discussing requirements with stakeholders, I identified opportunities for
improvement and translated them into clearer user flows, interface concepts and functional designs.
For new features, I designed both customer-facing experiences and internal workflows, ensuring that
different user roles could complete their tasks efficiently.
Key Decisions
Simplifying complex business processes
The platform supported multiple connected processes across the customer lifecycle, from lead
analysis and customer communication to offers, contracts and delivery.
I focused on understanding the real working process behind each feature and redesigning flows to
make tasks clearer, faster and more intuitive for users.
Designing for multiple roles
New features often affected both customer-facing experiences and internal teams managing the
process.
I considered both perspectives when designing solutions — ensuring that customer interactions were
simple while internal workflows remained efficient and manageable.
The Outcome
Created more user-friendly workflows and clearer product experiences across different stages of the
customer lifecycle.
The improvements provided a stronger foundation for further product evolution, with better alignment
between user needs, business processes and technical implementation.

VinCaffé — Website & Reservation Experience
UX/UI Design | AI-assisted Development | Content Integration | Deployment
Challenge
Customers needed easy access to current menus, events and reservation requests, while the café needed a practical way to
keep content up to date.
Contribution
Designed and built the responsive website using AI-assisted development, including reservation requests, form
validation, server-side emails and content updates through Google Sheets.
Outcome
A live website with an integrated reservation request flow and editable content, allowing the café to update menus and
events without changing the source code.
Brand Identity, Graphic Design & Digital Experience
I created a cohesive visual and digital experience for VinCaffé,
a neighbourhood café in Prague.
The project extended beyond the website and included the
development of the café’s visual identity and its application
across both digital and physical touchpoints — from menus,
business cards and illustrations to the website and online
reservation experience.
I designed the visual system and customer-facing materials,
then implemented the final responsive website and supporting
functionality.
Role
Brand, Graphic & UX/UI Designer · Developer
Scope
Brand Identity · Graphic Design · Print Design · Illustration ·
UX/UI Design · Responsive Web Design · Front-end Development ·
Reservation Flow · SEO · Deployment
Figma · Illustrator · HTML · CSS · JavaScript ·
PHP · PHPMailer · Google Sheets · GitHub Actions
The Challenge
VinCaffé needed more than a standalone website. The goal was
to create a consistent visual identity that could work across
the café’s physical and digital communication.
Customers interact with the brand through printed menus,
in-store materials, online content and the website, so these
touchpoints needed to feel connected while still remaining
practical and easy to maintain.
For the website itself, visitors needed quick access to
frequently changing information such as weekly menus, weekend
brunch, events, opening hours and reservations.
My Contribution
I developed the visual direction of the brand and translated
it across both print and digital applications.
This included designing menus, business cards, illustrations
and supporting graphic assets, as well as defining typography,
colours, visual styling and reusable brand elements.
I then applied the same visual language to the website,
designing the responsive interface and implementing it in
HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
I also developed the reservation flow, including form
validation, loading and success states, reCAPTCHA protection
and server-side email handling with PHP and PHPMailer.
Frequently updated website content such as weekly menus,
weekend brunch and events is connected to Google Sheets,
allowing the café to manage content without changing the
source code.
Visual Identity & Graphic Design
The visual identity was designed to reflect the warm,
informal and personal character of the café.
Rather than treating each output as a separate design,
I created a shared visual language that could be reused
across the brand.
This included:
Printed food and drink menus
Business cards
Custom illustrations and graphic elements
Typography and colour system
Visual assets for digital communication
Website UI and supporting email communication
The same visual principles are therefore visible across
both the physical café experience and its digital presence.
The Outcome
The result is a consistent brand experience across print,
digital communication and the website.
VinCaffé now has a reusable visual system that can support
everyday communication as well as a responsive production
website where customers can browse current menus, discover
events and send reservation requests.
Dynamic content can be managed independently through
Google Sheets, while the website and reservation system
require minimal ongoing technical maintenance.
